1. General

MOVEO ENERGY GmbH respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects the same from its users.

3. Counter Notification

4. Repeat Infringers

MOVEO ENERGY GmbH reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
